背景资料	Chemokine(C-C motif) ligand 27(CCL27) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family, it is also known under the names IL-11 R-alpha-locus chemokine(ILC), Skinkine, ESkine and Cutaneous T-cell-attracting chemokine(CTACK). This gene is mapped to 9p13.3. CCL27 is associated with homing of memory T lymphocytes to the skin, and plays a role in T cell-mediatedinflammation of the skin. CCL27 is expressed in numerous tissues, including gonads, thymus, placenta and skin. It elicits its chemotacticeffects by binding to the chemokine receptor CCR10.

1.96孔读板仪器。
2.自动洗板机.
3.移液器和枪头。建议使用多通道移液器/排枪。
4.Eppendorf 管。
5.额外洗板缓冲液 (neutral PBS 或 TBS。试剂盒内提供足量。如需额外缓冲液可参考如下配方)。
- 0.01M TBS: Add 1.2g Tris, 8.5g Nacl; 450μl of purified acetic acid or 700μl of concentrated hydrochloric acid to 1000ml H2O and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
- 0.01M PBS: Add 8.5g sodium chloride, 1.4g Na2HPO4 and 0.2g NaH2PO4 to 1000ml distilled water and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
