| 背景资料 | Chemokine(C-X-C motif) ligand 1(CXCL1) is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family that was previously called GRO1 oncogene, GROalpha, KC, Neutrophil-activating protein 3(NAP-3) and melanoma growth stimulating activity, alpha(MSGA-alpha). In humans, this protein is encoded by the CXCL1 gene. The gene for CXCL1 is located on human chromosome 4 amongst genes for other CXC chemokines. The mature form of CXCL1 is maximally 73 amino acids long. CXCL1 is secreted by human melanoma cells, has mitogenic properties and is implicated in melanoma pathogenesis. CXCL1 is expressed by macrophages, neutrophils and epithelial cells, and has neutrophil chemoattractant activity. This chemokine elicits its effects by signaling through the chemokine receptor CXCR2.CXCL1 decreased the severity of multiple sclerosis and may offer a neuro-protective function. |

- 3.移液器和枪头。建议使用多通道移液器/排枪。
- 4.Eppendorf 管。
- 5.额外洗板缓冲液 (neutral PBS 或 TBS。试剂盒内提供足量。如需额外缓冲液可参考如下配方)。
- 0.01M TBS: Add 1.2g Tris, 8.5g Nacl; 450μl of purified acetic acid or 700μl of concentrated hydrochloric acid to 1000ml H2O and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
- 0.01M PBS: Add 8.5g sodium chloride, 1.4g Na2HPO4 and 0.2g NaH2PO4 to 1000ml distilled water and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
