背景资料	Chemokine(C-C motif) ligand 19 (CCL19) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that is also known as EBI1 ligand chemokine (ELC) and macrophage inflammatory protein-3-beta (MIP-3-beta). Using PCR of human-rodent hybrids, the CCL19 gene was mapped to human chromosome 9p13, and the CCL19 gene is not part of the CC chemokine gene cluster on chromosome 17. The cytokine encoded by this gene may play a role in normal lymphocyte recirculation and homing. It also plays an important role in trafficking of T cells in thymus, and in T cell and B cell migration to secondary lymphoid organs.

3.移液器和枪头。建议使用多通道移液器/排枪。
4.Eppendorf 管。
5.额外洗板缓冲液 (neutral PBS 或 TBS。试剂盒内提供足量。如需额外缓冲液可参考如下配方)。
- 0.01M TBS: Add 1.2g Tris, 8.5g Nacl; 450μl of purified acetic acid or 700μl of concentrated hydrochloric acid to 1000ml H₂O and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
- 0.01M PBS: Add 8.5g sodium chloride, 1.4g Na₂HPO₄ and 0.2g NaH₂PO₄ to 1000ml distilled water and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
