| 背景资料 | Angiopoietin 1, also called ANG1 is a type of angiopoietin and is encoded by the gene ANGPT1. Angiopoietins are proteins with important roles in vascular development and angiogenesis. All angiopoietins bind with similar affinity to an endothelial cell-specific tyrosine-protein kinase receptor. This gene was mapped to 8q23.1. The protein encoded by this gene is a secreted glycoprotein that activates the receptor by inducing its tyrosine phosphorylation. It plays a critical role in mediating reciprocal interactions between the endothelium and surrounding matrix and mesenchyme and inhibits endothelial permeability. The protein also contributes to blood vessel maturation and stability, and may be involved in early development of the heart. |

- 2.自动洗板机.
- 3.移液器和枪头。建议使用多通道移液器/排枪。
- 4.Eppendorf 管。
- 5.额外洗板缓冲液 (neutral PBS 或 TBS。试剂盒内提供足量。如需额外缓冲液可参考如下配方)。
- 0.01M TBS: Add 1.2g Tris, 8.5g Nacl; 450μl of purified acetic acid or 700μl of concentrated hydrochloric acid to 1000ml H2O and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
- 0.01M PBS: Add 8.5g sodium chloride, 1.4g Na2HPO4 and 0.2g NaH2PO4 to 1000ml distilled water and adjust pH to 7.2-7.6. Finally, adjust the total volume to 1L.
